Wisconsin Okays Abortion, Abstinence Bills

The state Assembly passed bills limiting insurance coverage for abortions and mandate teaching abstinence in schools during a late-night session that went into early Wednesday morning as they pushed to finish their work for the year by the end of session Thursday.
